Care and staff were great. I was disappointed that it took 3 days to get my prescription. There was an issue at the pharmacy with the dosage so they left a message with the Dr. After not hearing from the Dr or pharmacy I sent a message through my chart with no response. The next day I had to call the office. It was Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend so I wanted to get the medicine. I went 3 days with no treatment for my problem. Please note: I am very happy with the staff and the practice. Just disappointed with this one transaction. My visit was very good.

Dr. Sobon definitely showed concern for any questions that I had and explanations were thorough and I understood them completely.I understood the proposed treatment and the reason for this. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sobon to others!!She is awesome!!

Overall a great medical practice and Dr.Sobin is very attentive and has always been a great doctor. Never made me feel as if I was a burden or get inpatient with me although I tend to ask alot of questions. I have had horrible experience with a orthopedic doctor before through Novant and this team of doctors and med staff help me realize that not all of Novant facilities are negative
