This was my first appointment with DrWilliam Porter. I found him very professional, knowledgeable & empathetic. He put me at ease & answered all my questions. He gave me paperwork about my condition to take home & review. The following morning after my appointment Dr Porter personally telephoned me to see if I had any further questions or concerns! That’s amazing care. I have never had that happen before with any doctor! I highly recommend him as a provider & look forward to having him care for my medical needs.

From beginning to end the staff was exceptionally nice. My only negative comment was my appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and the doctor saw me at 10:30.

They did everything possible to make a difficult procedure as pleasant as possible. Building layout is a bit confusing. The nurse walked out with me to show me the way. More exit directional signs would be a good addition.

The front office staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! ALL 3 LADIES!! KUDOS ?? ? They helped me out with a personal problem I was experiencing and they stayed, after hours until I was situated. I Truly ❤️ appreciated all they did for me!

I received a personal call from the doctor the next day to see how I was which was very nice. I also received a call from the tech the day after that to let me know lab results personally even though they were on My Chart.

I loved that fact that Dr Porter followed up personally by phone with me.

Dr. Porter is an amazing provider. He cares about your health and really wants to help.

I was very happy with Dr Porter and his staff. They were all welcoming, attentive a knowledgeable. Dr Porter even called me himself after my visit the next day to make sure I was ok and did I have any others questions or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call from Dr Porter. I've gotten calls from nurses and MA's before but never the actual doctor. I was very impressed.

I have been to this office several times and have never had a problem. Everyone is informative and professional. I was nervous about the procedure I was having this time and the CNA or Medical Assistant helped to put me at ease. Then the doctor further helped me not be nervous. He was very personable and professional. And he answered all my questions.

There was excellent flexibility in appointment setting. I had to reschedule twice because of other health matters and was timely accommodated.

See new patients sooner than a 3?1/2 month wait. When your name is placed on a wait list to be seen sooner there needs to be updates available online or via phone contact with emphasis on severity of symptoms.

The wait time was exceedingly long; however, I was very impressed that Dr Porter called after my appointment to see if I had any questions about my appointment or upcoming procedure. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

He helped me understand what's going on with my bladder in a clear and patient response. He also has a great personality in making the patient feel that her situation was not hopeless.

Dr. Porter is extremely personable and kind. He thoroughly explained everything to me. Later that same day he called me at home to tell me he discussed my CT findings with a radiologist. And said that everything was normal. I really appreciate that.

Dr Porter went over and above to help me unwind what was going on that could have been two or three different issues. We landed on a practical solution that I am content with and have my fingers crossed that that works. Dr Porter called himself today to verify that I had everything I needed for information. I will follow up with him in 3 months to see if we've fully resolve the issue. I highly recommend Dr Porter. Both his bedside manner and his knowledge and creativity in solving a weird issue were excellent. He listened and heard my concerns and responded to them appropriately. He's a very kind man and a highly skilled doctor.

DR. PORTER IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR

I saw Dr. Porter. He was very thorough and explained in "my language" what my problem was and gave me all the alternatives for treatment along with detailed info on the problem and solutions. He called me personally to check on me and asked if I had any questions after reviewing the information he gave me! I appreciated that so much. The staff and his nurse were excellent. My PCP referred me to Dr. Porter which turned out to be a very good choice!!

Doctor Porter has really helped my incontinence. I will go to him every 6 months to receive my treatment. He is the best.

Dr. Porter is a caring doctor. He informed me of my condition and left the decision to have surgery up me. Thank you for taking such good care of me. The office staff is second to none...and I love the new digs!

All Staff and Dr. Porter were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and Friendly. Dr. William Porter also showed caring and concern when I was discussing my personable, sensitive, medical issues and concerns with him. He explained everything to me in detail and gave me various treatment options. He asked me my opinions on varying treatment plans. He explained which he thought was best for my medical needs and the reason why. He asked me if I agreed with his plan or had any additional questions. He gave me information to bring home and read. Dr. Porter then called me the next day to see how I was and if I understood everything about my medication and treatment plan; also asked if I had any questions about the information he had sent home with me. I feel Dr. Porter is an excellent female pelvic health specialist, and I have hope for an improved future as I follow his treatment plan tailored personally for my medical issues. I will be referring Dr. Porter to everyone I know with female pelvic health issues!

The followed up phone call from doctor after the first appointment, was very helpful in getting the more questions answered. The staff was helpful and responsive.

I had a CT scan that was ordered by a primary care physician. Dr. PORTER was very helpful in helping me understanding the scan. He made a referral to Oncology and Dr. SCHNEIDER. By the time I got home the staff of oncology had called me to set up an appointment. I had been waiting for 10 days since my primary Dr office said that they would make the referral to oncology. Thank you Dr. PORTER and his staff

Happy with staff and Dr. Porter.

Amazing staff and doctor. I was even given a follow up call by the Dr. to answer questions I might have had after the visit, not to mention the time in office to answer questions. Just a new and unique experience to make me feel comfortable about my health care. Really appreciate the extra time provided, knowing people leave an office and think of things they forgot to ask, and giving them that opportunity to ask those questions. Great experience and again, wonderful office. Highly recommend.

Often you can have a long wait before he sees you. Dr. Porter was doing pretty well with keeping to the schedule.

The only negative was waiting six weeks for an appt, my only availability is Tues-Thurs, maybe I could have been seen earlier. Very comfortable with Dr Porter and his staff, I have decided to put off surgery for now and I'll contact this office when I'm ready to schedule.

Dr Porter called me the day after to ask if I had any questions. I haven’t had that by other Doctors.

I was scared of this referral visit. I was not looking forward to possible surgery, nor the in office testing I was going to encounter. However, Dr Porter was EXTREMELY patient and he is very compassionate, empathetic to my hesitation and apprehension. He put me at ease from the start. I did not feel as I was being 'judged' in any way. No fear I had was dismissed, and it was addressed completely. He took all the time I needed in giving him as much information as possible to work WITH me, and not taking the "I know more about your body, and I'm in a hurry" approach which we sadly go through too often. I was relieved to find out I had far more options than my regular gyn advised. He made me aware of numerous treatments before even considering surgery. I left feeling 110% better and more confident about my treatment. His suggestions and advice were very informative! I will continue with him, without any further apprehension or fear. I am well informed of my diagnosis and what to expect in upcoming visits! THANK YOU DR PORTER!!

Rosemary a staff member in this office did an outstanding job of inserting a catheter for a post residual urine sample. I have been catheterized many times over the years and she did a great job!
