Dr. Rhinehart refused to listen to me as a patient. He continually looked at the computer, refused to listen to my concerns, and ultimately walked out of the room. He was not interested in treating me as an individual, but rather treating me by "the book." This is not patient-centered care and does not represent a provider that is interested in providing treatment. He clearly was upset that I did not agree with his assessment and just "go along" with further testing that I felt was unnecessary. He refused to provide any treatment based on me as an individual.
