So far I've found the doctors and staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. My sister recommended Novant health care.

It seemed to me the visit was done in a professional and concerned for me manner.

I had a hard time with communications with the Dr. I have hearing problems and was not able to hear him well. He was very stoic. He is probably a very intelligent Dr. but I felt like I was a bother.

Everyone was very nice and was there for my needs. I told them I was out of medication and they gave me some samples to tide me over until I could get refill.

Generally the appointment was satisfactory although the visit was delayed for almost an hour. The entire staff were very nice and professional and gave me very kind and gracious attention.

I am thankful that Kernersville has such an efficient medical team and hospital
