He always nice and listen to my health concerns. NP Williams make sure my questions are answered and he make sure I good with my other doctor's.

All of this was a new experience (pulmonary)and the unknown of what to expect or what I might hear was very worrisome. Dr Terrance was AWESOME , his kindness and demeanor was immediately so up lifting, he made me feel relaxed and like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions, he eased all my fears, and explained everything to me in great detail reassuring me that whatever comes up that he would help me take care of it. Kudos to him and his parents , they raised a great kind man.
