Dr. VK is great! She is very knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned and acted with care. My only complaint is that the appointment was incredibly rushed. I had other questions regarding my health I was unable to ask because she had to rush in and out due to appointment times being so short. It makes it seem as though her genuine care is fake and she is just going through the motions of the day. I do not believe this is a Dr VK problem but more so a Novant problem.

Dr Van Kooten was absolutely amazing from the moment she walked into the room! She listened to everything I had to say and had so much peace and calmness about her. She was so knowledgeable and explained my treatment plan options with so much compassion and care! I have highly recommended her to my daughters and friends!

I don't feel like the provider listened to my concerns. I believe the provider presumed my symptoms are caused by something else without listening to my concerns.
