Lauren Gardner was the most professional and informative health care provider I have seen in years. She answered my question and very professionally explained my condition and treatment.

Lauren requested this appointment and made things happen and fast . I was admitted to the main hospital to have a Cardio Resourse procedure after many ounces of fluid in my lower extremities .

I was somewhat apprehensive when I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner. I didn’t know what to expect. What a relief it was the minute Lauren walked in the door, introduced herself to me and shook my hand. She went over all of my information, actively listened to me, answered all of my questions, and had a wonderful manner throughout the entire appointment.

Dr Gardener explained my health information to me with great detail and expressed genuine concern if and suggested an electrocardiography since it had been 5 years since last one. The administrators, nurses and doctor were Courteous, respectful and professional.

From checking in to talking with the doctor was easy very nice people working there I like all of the doctors I met there but the doctor this visit I’ve not seen before she so far is my favorite my wife was with me and she answered my wife’s questions with easily understandable phrasing

She was an amazing listener… tests are scheduled to ease all my concerns

I appreciated the call to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment once an earlier slot opened.

Everything went great

My appointment was at 8 but I was told to be there at 7:45. At 7:45 they had not even unlocked the door. When they finally came to unlock the door it would not open. We had to walk all the way around the building, and I was completely out of breath. Then I had to walk all the way back to my car. I am sure that my heart rate was extremely high. I felt that Ms. Gardner was in a hurry and could have spent a little more time with me.

The nurses were great but the nurse I talked to about my condition didn’t listen to me, kept dismissing my concerns, and didn’t make me feel very secure about what I was talking about, I was supposed to get a call about scheduling an appointment and haven’t received one yet either
