The nurses were great but the nurse I talked to about my condition didn’t listen to me, kept dismissing my concerns, and didn’t make me feel very secure about what I was talking about, I was supposed to get a call about scheduling an appointment and haven’t received one yet either

I had a hard time getting my call answered. I called for a whole day with no answer. The next day I started calling in the morning. My 2 nd try I got someone and he worked me in with 2 hours. It was great service I would suggest you do something better about callers. There was no way for me to leave any kind of message.
