Dr McLeod truly listens and respected my desire to avoid medications when possible. He is an excellent physician.

My prescription for metro pro,ol' was doubled from 20 to 40 mg per day. New prescription was not submitted to pharmacy- or pharmacy did not receive it. Need to ensure new drug is prescribed soon.

Dr McLeod is terrific. I can't remember ever enjoying a doctors visit until meetings with Dr McLeod. He has this old time bed side manner while being able to cut up and make me feel very comfortable. I'd give Dr McLeod a 50 in a scale of 1 to 10.

Dr. McLeod gave me all the information pertaining to my issue, discussed his reasoning and was very thorough. I spent only minutes in a waiting room! No delays for the appointment- that was an efficiency that was beyond my expectations. As a first appointment with this provider/office I was treated very courteously.

Doc is personable and attuned to my needs and wishes, our visits are informative snd st the same time enjoyable. He is what doctoring should be.

Scheduling was an issue on my referring Dr. The phone numbers are confusing. When you choose Bolivia it always hangs up. When email was sent to me it went to link to Bolivia but my visit wasn't on there, I had to call 3 numbers to get it figured out, then was told that my records where at New Hanover although I was seen in Bolivia. Very confusing.

Visit went very smoothly and all questions were answered.

Front desk, When we were delayed over 30 minutes by road work n missed our appointment, Teresa and Pamela worked n worked to get me into see someone. Dr George Mc Leod Gave us answers and a plan for the future. Wonderful.

I think electronic automatic blood pressure machines should be used instead of listening through the stethoscope. The technicians are too rushed to get an accurate blood pressure reading with the stethoscope. I do appreciate the appointments being on time however, and the need for speed.

Dr. McLeod was personable and treated my concerns as valid and offered tests that had previously not been available to assess my need for potential treatment of familial hypercholesterolemia.

Dr McLeod is awesome! He takes care of both my husband and myself. He has always been professional, responsive, listens and speaks to us directly, not through our computer records staring at the computer screen. His staff are extremely professional, helpful, kind and knowledge as well. Can't say enough about them all. Both my husband and I have AFib - our hearts are behaving and under control with his care.
