Professional about job and care for patients

The staff always greet me with a smile. I don't feel rushed. I've always been attended to in a timely manner. Dr Alli is always so friendly and polite. Always offer me ways to better my health. Gives me knowledgeable print outs. I've been to the office 10yrs. Have not had an unpleasant visit.

I was a bit frustrated as I felt that at one point the physician laughed at my concerns, but was feeling both anxious and tired , so maybe I perceived her response differently than it was meant.
