Dr. Prushik is a great pediatrician and we’ve been very happy with all of our experiences with him and the staff at Novant Child & Adolescent in Monroe.

This was our first visit at Novant Child and Adolescent- Monroe with Dr. Prushik! Everyone there was so welcoming and kind, from the check-in process to the checkout and everything in between! Dr. Prushik has phenomenal bedside skills and communication! He was attentive to our needs/concerns and explained things very thoroughly and in a way easy to understand! 10/10 in my books!

Dr. Prushick is always amazing and so are his nurses. Always listens to concerns and take time to answer all questions.

The office staff, CNAs, nurses, doctors are top of class at this practice. Dr. Prushik is the best!

As always, Dr. Prushik is a rock star of a provider. We always leave feeling very confident in our treatment plans. He’s willing to answer any and all questions. The appointment never feels rushed and he speaks to our kids like full humans about WHY he’s doing what he’s doing. All of the nurses are also absolutely wonderful and really kind. My son needed blood work and they really made him feel comfortable and confident.

Everyone, front office staff, nurse, Dr. Prushik, and the staff who did check out, are so kind, friendly and helpful. I always fell respected and heard. I appreciate all the staff so much. Dr Prushik is wonderful with my 2 children and always responds when we need him, even between appointments.

The doctor was incredibly kind and talked to my child about what was going on instead of just to me. My child is 5 and the doctor made sure to include him in our conversation. The nurse that took us back was also very kind and took time to listen to my son as well. Thank you for such fantastic care!!

Dr. Prushik is very knowledgeable and experienced. He’s been very patient with my baby. The nurses are helpful and kind too.

He listened to my concerns as a mother and also my child’s concerns. My son loves to see him because he talks to my child and asks him about things my son cares about to establish a good rapport with him.
