They are top of things when a problem arises.

There was only one scary time. When I was transported in the building to get an Ultra Sound test, I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my Ultra Sound test, in a the same dreary room the test took place, all alone waiting for transport back to my room. The technician tried to find someone for me but he had to leave, and there was no way for me to let anyone know that I was there.

Dr. Harper is the Best! Scheduling sn sppointment is difficult. The staff says I will be called. However, I am supposed to see him every 6 months. I have to call and the appointments are difficult to make within the recommende time.

If you don't call to make an appointment at the right time, either there are no appointments available or the schedule is not available beyond a certain calendar month. This procedure should be improved.
