I attended medical school and orthopedic residency training at Loma Linda University, followed by a fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction at the University of Arizona.

My commitment to innovation is long-standing. I introduced Mako Robotic Arm-assisted surgery to South Carolina when I performed the state's first robotically assisted total knee replacement. In addition, I pioneered tourniquet-less knee replacement in what is the now-trademarked "free the knee" program for rapid recovery.
