Melanie is so kind, thoughtful and relatable. She took great care in explaining everything to me and was very patient and thorough With all the questions that I had. She was not rushed at all and was very engaged the entire time. She shared with me that she will be moving later this year. I wish her lots of happiness and success on her journey, however, I hate that we are losing Such an exceptional person. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty every time I see her!
