Ivette is amazing. Always listens carefully and validates concerns. When I went in she was immediately concerned with how rapidly my condition declined. She immediately changed the medications I had already been given and even ordered shots to start rapid treatment that day due to the condition of my ear and sinus infection. I know without fail she will listen to my concerns and treat to the best of her ability. Friendly and caring. Will continue to seek treatment with her.

The Nurse Practitioner was very informative. She had compassionate and professional responses to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this office to friends or family.

I appreciate all of you at Kannapolis family medicine for not treating me like a second class citizen. I was truly in pain that was unmanageable, and now I am not.
