Anna Garis considered the problem I had made the appointment for, as well as possible causes driving the problem. She verbalized what she was considering which helped me participate in my child's care. She also did an extensive physical exam. Again, some providers would have only looked at the issue I came in with. She was thorough and comprehensive.

Provider kept going over and over the same thing and bc of directness she came across as mean and condescending to a teenager, who then cried later in the waiting room bc of how mean she was.
