Provider kept going over and over the same thing and bc of directness she came across as mean and condescending to a teenager, who then cried later in the waiting room bc of how mean she was.

Both the nurse and Dr. Anna were caring, compassionate, and thorough. The follow-up was amazing, like no other doctors my child has had before.
