Dr Ricketts has been amazing

Whenever possible we have our child seen by Bill. He has watched her grow from an infant. I can't imagine taking her to another Dr. He is kind and speaks mostly to her to have her describe what her problem is. He watches her actions and behaviors to access issues. She loves going to see Mr. Bill.

The provider is always open to hear my concerns. They have always worked the issue and listen to my experiences as the mom.
