I am a retired lawyer, spent eight years as a trial attorney. Dr. Chalavadi cross-examined me in a manner I would regard as vicious. I am looking for another primary care physician. The staff at Novant Senior Care is great - the M.D. acts like she's "out to get the patient" - for some unstated reason.

There have been some changes concerning the lab. And I had a question about my next visit, and the lady at the desk that scheduled my next appointment was patient, and kind as she explained that I would still have to come to the senior office before going to the lab upstairs.

It’s always a pleasure to go there as my doctor is very efficient, kind and understanding.
