Dr Chalavadi is the perfect senior care doctor. She listens, she’s patient and very attentive to any medical concerns.

Dr. Chalavada has been my primary care doctor for a long time, and I have great trust in her care. She listens to me, explains my meds, and offers different solutions to any health issues. She's friendly and respectful. I'm never rushed or had to wait long to be served! She always always remembers my niece who she met at age 5, and she is now 16,but hasn't seen her since she was 5. That's very personal and kind!

I am a retired lawyer, spent eight years as a trial attorney. Dr. Chalavadi cross-examined me in a manner I would regard as vicious. I am looking for another primary care physician. The staff at Novant Senior Care is great - the M.D. acts like she's "out to get the patient" - for some unstated reason.

There have been some changes concerning the lab. And I had a question about my next visit, and the lady at the desk that scheduled my next appointment was patient, and kind as she explained that I would still have to come to the senior office before going to the lab upstairs.

It’s always a pleasure to go there as my doctor is very efficient, kind and understanding.
