PA Nicole was very compassionate and a good listener. I felt that she cared about my condition and committed to do whatever she could to resolve my issues. I was also impressed with the scheduler who recognized my urgency in making an appointment before January and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.

Dr. Freeman was exceptional. I've been seeing doctors for the last 7+ years about my neuralgia and now headaches and I felt like she was tuned in to my issues and my needs. Although my medical problem still persists, I trust that she will assist me in eventually figuring out why I'm having this pain. She was very plugged in, spent a lot of time with me, was very attentive, and kind. I greatly appreciate her care!

Nicki (the PA) was phenomenal. She was patient and compassionate as I tried to articulate my concerns. She was thoughtful and thorough in explaining different medical conditions and treatment options. So many times as a patient, I have felt that a care provider was just going through the motions, whereas, in this case, I felt genuine care and a desire to address my concerns, find the source of my ailment, and the remedy. I did not feel rushed or judged by my weight or apprehension to take prescribed medicines, as has happened with other providers. It was a great conversation with a very insightful and caring medical professional who, at the end of the appointment, made sure I knew the most effective and quickest way to keep our line of communication open should I have any questions or concerns.
