The care provider was working from a remote location. I had tested my camera and speaker for the visit prior. They did not! It turned out that the camera was not working at the Jacksonville site, he was running late and I encountered a very stressful 30 minutes before contacting Dr directly. Had to call the office and go through the nurse again in order to do a video visit that never occurred it was a phone call. I will probably never use the video system again! The stress level to being late and trying to arrange the conversation is not worth the value of driving over there and doing a face to face visit. Also I have no idea what the cost is in the weights and balances of a video visit and an in-person visit and there's no indication of where to find that information. I have upcoming issues and need further care, and I believe the only way I will correspond with the camp provider is in person
