He listened carefully and made comments and asked questions to further understand my issues. Very candid about explaining what was happening and the possible treatments. He gave reasonable expectations and went over risks. Very pleasant and upbeat. I felt informed and validated.
I was nervous about my visit prior to my appointment but after I arrived Dr.Marks and his staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
