I wanted to add that Dr. Benjamin and her staff did a great job and showed concern of my overall well being.

Excellent Customer Service with everyone I came in contact with starting from the person who made my appointment. Great professional staff. I felt comfortable and at ease with conversationing with the doctor and she's very thorough.

I like Dr Benjamin very much and the staff is nice, but it always seems to be a long wait to either be called back and/or for the doctor to come in and begin the exam. I wish the timing process would improve.

I love my whole team and I cannot recommend them enough.

The dr was amazing to me and my health of my baby. I felt comfortable explaining my issues. I felt like she was real and cared. I’m usually shy seeing someone I haven’t been scheduled with before but she made me feel welcomed and loved thank you for the service I received.

My appointment was at 12:15pm and I didn’t leave the waiting room until 2:15pm and I wasn’t actually seen until 3:15pm.

I have been a Dr. Avery patient for 10 years. Her rakes the time to listen to all concerns even if they are ridiculous. She doesn’t leave any stone unturned. Her bed side manner is chefs kiss! She’s a great provider and makes me feel safe as a black woman. Even with Novants policies on how patients are scheduled she makes me feel important every appointment. Not rushed! She asks about my well being and my family and provides great care. I don’t have enough great words to say about this woman she is phenomenal!
