I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my medical care. This office goes above & beyond.

All staff were very comforting during this scary time.

The Physician and staff provided excellent patient care. The physician explained in details the plan of care process. Answered any questions or concerns.

Dr. Kraut was extremely knowledgeable and took a great deal of time explaining different treatment options. I was particularly impressed by the fact that Dr. Kraut took the time to review my extensive chart and therefore knew all about my health history. Dr. Kraut appears to be taking a conservative approach with my particular issues. He mentioned he would confer with his colleagues, send me for some tests and possibly have a team meeting thereafter. Dr. Kraut's staff were friendly and efficient.

The after test scheduling is questionable. Not sure who to speak to for assistance.

Dr. Kraut is compassionate and caring about his patients. He always answers questions and gives information, even if it isn't directly related to the office check up; but is related to my health.

Dr. Kraut is an asset to Novant. I would trust him with my life!

Dr Kraut is very knowledgeable and impeccable! He explains and listens to my concerns. I have been coming to see Dr Kraut for 6 years, I’m a very lucky lady that I’m a 6-year Cancer Free Survivor. The office receptionist was very kind and answered any questions. Also, thank you for the water and snacks. Dr Kraut nurse was very nice and friendly. On a final note, the office had older adults and it seem everyone were on their phone.
