Dr seems to present with a "this sort of thing just happens with surgery" and "we see this everyday" attitude. Had to tell him that for me, the patient, it's not an everyday thing and I had concerns. His attitude shifted somewhat then and he was a bit more caring but overall he needs to work on listening more to patients rather than displaying an arrogant, know it all, plan in place before hearing the patient out demeanor.

Dr. KRAUT had done research in several different areas to prepare for my visit. Everything was covered and explained during the visit which was to discuss surgery. I feel comfortable with him and feel I am in excellent care and he has eased my anxiety regarding the surgery and recovery.
