My experience was good, the BAD thing was that I HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR THE DR. Wait too long.

Professional and caring

I wish I was given more information than to just wait. I waited about an hour and my appointment was about 8 minutes or less. I would have liked a work note or some ideas of what I could do to help heal faster.

The practice has definitely improved with the staff and service.

I have a long history with Dr. Martin.

Far too long a waiting period. I came in at 1:45 for a 2:00 bloodwork appt. and was taken right in. However, I waited 45 min. for my wellness check and another half hour for my physical.

It definitely is not like I'm used to a doctor Visit being before coming here. There is nothing on a warm and caring feeling for the patient. It is almost like get them in and out as soon as possible. Bring in the next and do the exact thing again.

My dr couldn't get me in so I saw Dr Martin. She was kind. She referred me to an ENT for possible scarring in my ear drum. ENT office called back 3 days later and I can not get in until sept (even when I mentioned that it was pretty urgent). They also don't have a cancellation list. So they expect you to call in daily to see if there's been a cancellation. That seems crazy. 100 people calling in daily to check ?

The nurse was not friendly, not rude, but not friendly. In the 17 years or so that I've been treated by Doc. S. Martin, this visit was the first time encountering a an unfriendly staff member.

The wait times were extremely long and honestly I would have preferred to just have my blood drawn and be able to immediately leave and talk over the phone to a nurse or thr doctor rather than wait in the waiting room with sick patients. I almost left because I had to wait for so so long and I arrived early for my appointment. There needs to be some type of way to alleviate the wait times as it is this way every time I have ever come in through the years. I would much prefer the option to do a telehealth virtual visit with my doctor. Many times I have had to use virtual doctors visits with other providers so that I could receive medications I needed quickly.

Unfortunately, I left this appt. feeling as though my physician, though courteous and friendly, didn't really listen to my issues or address ongoing concerns. Though my health concerns may not be of great concern when compared to other patients, they are important to me. I am considering changing my primary physician.

I had no waiting time at all. All of the staff be pleasant and knowledgeable.

I needed lab work done. The 1st technician tried 3 times to draw blood then asked another technician help. Tough to be poked 4 times.

Dr.Martin and her staff are some of the best in the entire Novant system.

Dr Martin was very impersonal and uninterested. She hardly looked at me even though I had concerns and ask for a through skin check. She made no reference to my high cholesterol. When I asked her about her recommendation for my low vitamin D she walked to the door and spoke to me in the door way. I have one we'll check up a year and she couldn't be bothered to give me more than a couple minutes of her time. This is not the first time she has been this way. I will be seeking care from someone more trustworthy.
