Dr. Rachel is a very good doctor; she cares deeply and takes her time to listen and explain thoroughly. However, because of this, visits are usually very long. We have spent up to 2 hours in the room (not on this particular visit). She is great and I appreciate her time, but maybe I would suggest spacing her visits more to allow her the time she needs. I didn't care much about being on time on this last appointment because I know if we'll be seeing her, wait time in the room is not short. Again, we like her care but wait time to see her could be better.

Rachel is very thorough and makes you as a parent feel at ease with the care my child received

I have loved Novant pediatrics since my daughter came home from the hospital. Dr Hudson and Nurse Lisa my daughter simply ADORES! Everyone is so kind and it’s really family there you can tell they love each other and the families that walk through the door THANK YOU!

Best visit we have had at this practice! Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, and friendly. Will definitely ask to see her for future visits. So glad she joined the practice!
