Dr. Rachel is a very good doctor; she cares deeply and takes her time to listen and explain thoroughly. However, because of this, visits are usually very long. We have spent up to 2 hours in the room (not on this particular visit). She is great and I appreciate her time, but maybe I would suggest spacing her visits more to allow her the time she needs. I didn't care much about being on time on this last appointment because I know if we'll be seeing her, wait time in the room is not short. Again, we like her care but wait time to see her could be better.
