Ms Scott is wonderful. She listened to me, asked questions, and made recommendations to improve my health. My daughter saw her on the same day and really liked her as well.

I felt welcomed from check-in to checkout. Mrs Scott was kind and listen to all my concerns. I was happy to leave with a treatment plan.

Very different experience during this appointment than in the past with my past Mr. Medical Technician. This visit was most definitely an improvement.

The staff was courteous and helpful per usual. Medical assistant/ nurse that initially took me back remembered me from past visits which is always nice. This was my first time making an appointment with the this particular nurse practitioner, however she was very professional but most importantly treated me very kind. She really listened to my explanation of the symptoms that I was experiencing. Once I was done explaining and she did some initial investigating and then gave me a definite course of action of how we would try to resolve my issues. She also provided multiple options within that plan so that I truly felt the course of action was tailored to my specific needs. So an all around great visit at Gateway.
