I really appreciated that when I voiced a concern, she informed me of my options and described them so that I was able to make the best decision for my healthcare journey.

Dr. Scott always get on me about my health but in a that doesn't make me feel ashamed

She was good in person and listened to me. But when I got my bloodwork results the next day and was very concerned, she was short and blunt over Mychart messages. I did not feel like I was really listened to and there was a lack of empathy.

I am always pleased with care, concern, and conversations with Ms. Scott. I'm comfortable talking to her, being myself, and feeling she's listening to & looking out for what's best for me.

It was my first visit with Ms. Scott. She was caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
