Brian was excellent in his explanations of the problems with my left foot and also options including surgery going forward

Everything was perfect.

The PA admitted his lack of expertise and basically offered to provide a print out of explanations, remedies etc. He emphasized the need to see the surgeon for any real answers. So I am not sure why we needed to see him at all.

Very appreciative of his focus on my problem. I would not hesitate to make appointment with PA Brian Maielli.
