Dr. Opper is so caring and understanding. He explains everything thoroughly
DR. Opper is one of if not the BEST Physician in Southeast/ Wilmington area. Have gone to him for years. As have several of my family members. OUTSTANDING! His care and concern for patients go beyond the Normal concerns. Extremely knowledgable, sincere, and empathetic. I wish all my Providers were like him. He could teach a Master Class in Healthcare and caring for Patients.
