My Dr was in tremulous pain. She was thoughtful of my condition. Professional and explained my situation where I had a great understanding . She knew my medical history in detail...it was the first time I had met with her. I felt like my care level was exceptional.

This is the first time I saw Claudia. My husband and I were very pleased with her thoroughness and attitude.

I left very informed about my need for a sleep test. Claudia was very thorough in explaining the procedure, showed me the sleep apparatus if needed, answered any questions I had, etc. She took her time and I felt like I had her full attention. Very pleased and will refer her to others.

This was a wasted visit to a Nurse Practitioner. All she did was tell me that I need to go for a sleep assessment. I could have done all of this online and felt this was Novant trying to get a unnecessary visit in to get paid.
