Dr. Archer was attentive to my concerns and quickly informed me of the probable diagnosis. She gave me recommendations for exercises as well as a prescription for use if my condition worsened. She took prompt steps to set up diagnostic test (MRI) and physical therapy for me. My friends were surprised at how seriously she took my complaints and how quickly she worked to get an specific diagnosis and treatment.

I've been going to Doctor Archer for many years. She is excellent at allowing you to ask questions or make suggestions about care. I very much respect her and her knowledge, so my interactions with her about my health and care is important to me. I have never felt rushed or insignificant; and yet, appointments are timely and reasonable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Archer's for many years. I always was satisfied with her level of attention and care. However today was drastically different and I left feeling unheard and extremely upset. Upon entering the room, the doctor gave a diagnosis without first listening to my report of symptoms. I kept trying to explain my pain but was frequently interrupted and told my issue was something else. I'm not a medical professional. She could be right but it would have been more believable if she listened to me talk. Very disheartened.

Dr Archet listens to my concerns & we have a good discussion about treatment.
