I had a good experience in my visit back to the office, I had left because of insurance matters but now that I could come back, I’m glad I did, I feel more comfortable here

It was a good session. I got into the office at a good time I did not have to wait too long before the PA came in. They took care of my needs in a few minutes.

Everyone is so nice and kind. They make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Milena answers my questions clearly. I actually enjoy going to this office.

I'm crazy about my doctor! Melena is awesome and very easy to talk to. The staff and the entire office are so friendly and kind. Patrice always puts me at ease when I come for a visit. She's precious.

No matter what reason I have to go to Novant Health Walkertown Family Practice the staff are very friendly. They take the time to ask questions about your visit, if there any changes in your health or meds. They listen to your concerns about the visit plus take the time to explain what you need to do to make things better.

Friendly and professional people

In my particular case, it would have been more productive to speak with a MD. However, the Walkertown family clinic is run by four PA's and does not have a medical doctor on its staff.

Milena is a wonderful PA. She answers my questions both in person and online and always lets me know what my options are. I know I am in good hands with her and the rest of the staff at Walkertown Family Medicine.

I'm glad to be a patient at Novant Health of Walkertown. My Dr listen to me and answers all my questions. Everyone there are very kind and helpful. I recommend my cousin and he will be seeing them and said they were very helpful to him too. My Dr is the best. She's seen me at my worst and my good. She never forgets me. I wouldn't change them at all.

My provider is excellent and cares about my health needs and explains any concerns or issues that I may have.

I was greated with a smile at check in, check in was very fast. The provider took her time to answer and explain all my questions. The provider reviewed and sent me a message about my lab results the next day. I really like this practice and the staff.

Melina is a very caring PA. Not only did she discuss my health she ask about my husband’s. He has Parkinson’s and dementia and she understands how that affects my health. It is a very comfortable practice. Everyone is very friendly and happy too help.

I'm excited to be back at Walkertown Family Medicine. (I had been a patient off Ashley Campbell a while back). I prefer a small medical practice. Patrece, the assistant, was so nice and caring and welcomed me back with a smile. Milena, the provider, was absolutely fabulous and also greeted me with a smile. I was super impressed at how much of my medical record she had reviewed prior to my visit. We reviewed my history and set new goals. She was positive and encouraging and made me feel super comfortable talking to her. I left feeling excited about improving my health.

It was a very nice trip to see about my health. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Thank all of you.

Milena is an excellent healthcare provider. She listens carefully to concerns and appropriately addresses them. The entire staff at this office is top notch.

Dr Maldwin and her staff were EXCELLENT! I am beyond excited that I decided to change my doctor to her! This is the best doctor that I've had in several years!!!! She listened to all of my concerns and addressed the ones she could answer and sent out referrals immediately for those that needed a special look.

Melina is very practical and has a common sense approach to medical needs. I would highly recommend her.

Milena is absolutely the best! She truly cares and for the first time in over 20 years my A1C is down to an acceptable number. Not only is she persistent that this 73 year old man quits making excuses she also follows up immediately with any concerns I may have.

First time seeing Milena A. Maldwin. Very knowledgeable, gave me great instructions in person and more suggestions on the print out. Also very friendly, personable person. Took her time with me. She is very kind and helpful. She knows her meds & makes good suggestions. 4/10/24. I'm afraid she will get too busy with her being so good at her position.
