About

My decision to go into healthcare was based on several factors. I was strongly influenced by the poor health of my paternal grandparents and the many evenings I spent with them at the hospital. In addition, my maternal grandmother's 13-year journey with Alzheimer's disease profoundly affected me. Those circumstances, combined with my passion to care for and teach others, led to my career choice.
