Dr. Bansal always explains my condition with me. When she comes up with a treatment plan she makes sure that I am part of the decision and ask how I feel about it. I don't feel like she forces anything on me. She tells me the good and the bad. She is VERY compassionate, caring, professional and knowledgeable. When she doesn't know something or it's not in her area of practice she promptly makes referrals so I can get what I need.
