We feel they are very attentive and helpful. It was a last minute appointment. They got us right in. We appreciate everyone in the team.

She was kind and listened. She was knowledgeable and created a plan to deal with my particular health concern. I left feeling better knowing that plans had been put in place to help me.

The staff who answered the phone didn't take enough time and hung up. Of course, I understand because it was almost time to leave work, but I felt that it wasn't friendly.

Jennifer was great and extremely helpful in answering my questions and in assisting me with referrals. The Nurse Practitioner student was also helpful and very thorough in her assessment of my needs.

All of the care team (nurses, front desk staff, NP, and NP student) were friendly and courteous. I never felt rushed out even though I could tell the practice was busy. One of the best experiences I've had a drs office as far as the staff. I did notice the waiting room and facilities looked a little outdated and cramped. I would/will return to get my primary care from this practice.

My experience with the providers at this location has been outstanding. Starting 2 years ago with a severe bout with Covid 19 (6 weeks in the hospital), to follow up appointments and excellent treatment to get my diabetes under control I have noting but praise for (Dr. McCleod, Jennifer Blondin, Rand Pennington, and all of there support staff. Currently, still dealing with the effects of long covid, but overall this is the best I have felt in the last 2 years. I look forward to continued excellent care from this team of medical professionals.

I had a great experience from the time I arrived until I left. I was impressed by the kindness and care the staff took with me. The Woman who checked me in was so nice. The nurse was wonderful and Doctor was absolutely fantastic. She was so interested in my medical history and making sure all my issues were addressed. I feel very comfortable with her.

Inky was super nice and took my vials and chatted for a few minutes. She took me right back I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for her or Jennifer. Jennifer is great I've seen her before and always appreciate the expertise she has to offer and her knowledge on symptoms and medicines.

Dr Blondin is the absolute best person novant has in Wilmington. Novant should learn from her on how she treats her patients and staff. Then maybe they would keep people employed!!!

I saw the PA Miss Blondin. I was roomed before my appointment time. Miss Blondin came to the room immediately after the nurse left. She was very attentive, and took her time as I was a new patient. She was easy to talk to, and made the visit very pleasant, I would definitely recommend anyone to come back and see her.

Ms Blondin was easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.

This particular Care Giving Practice is second to none and I'm never disappointed with any of the staff. They always seem to know all about my medical history which is comforting. A special shout out to Jennifer Blondin for her exceptional concern, care and follow through!

Ms. Blondin introduced herself to me the minute our appointment began. We discussed my symptoms and how long I have been sick. I could also tell she had reviewed my medical history. She explained the two prescriptions she was giving me. I was very comfortable talking to her & she answered all of my questions.

Jennifer was through professional caring and polite. Took the time to discuss treatment and meds and asked to hear how I was doing on Monday, to determine if I need a loner course of prednisone. Excellent practitioner.
