When I explained how upset I was about my condition the receptionist got me a appointment with a doctor later in the day and she started my treatment. HOORAY!!!

I met Joseph for the first time at this appointment and I found him to be professional, thorough and kind. He also has a sense of humor! What can I say about Dr. Provo? She is a breath of fresh air. She walks into the examining room with a smile on her face and a welcome. She takes the time to listen to symptoms she is told, interjecting at times to ask questions or asking for more information. She is thorough in her examination, explains her diagnosis in layman's terms. If further testing is needed, she explains in detail where, when and why. When I leave Dr. Provo's office, I have confidence that my health concerns have been addressed and not disregarded as had been the case with my previous physician.

Dr Provo is an excellent Doctor. She listened and asked questions. Very thorough as she was seeing me because I couldn't get in with my regular Doctor for a couple of days. Her nurse was very nice and was doing preliminary checks.

I had a cold and cough for 7 days that I couldn't shake and tested negative for COVID three times. I was concerned about strep throat as I've had a heart valve replacement and went on My Chart to request and appointment. I was given one the same day; Dr. Provo was amazing, as usual and gave me a quick strep test and a culture. I feel I received excellent care from this provider and was very appreciative of the same day appointment!

Staff should notify you if the provider is running late! I got there at 2 for my wellness visit! The wellness visit took 15 minutes! The staff directed me back to the waiting room! I waited over 30 minutes! I told the staff that would have to leave at 3. I then get up to leave and all of a sudden they put me back in the room and Dr Provo came in! I was told by the staff that she was seeing a patient and had another before me! I'm not sure how they worked itself out, because within minutes Dr.Provo was in the room!

Everything I had on my list to talk about was addressed and answered to my satisfaction. I was sent for x-rays right after my appointment with the doctor- - a wonderful show of her concern for my problems. I received the results promptly and a response from the doctor quickly also. I know what to do if the hip problem does not resolve. It was an excellent visit.

Need follow up

Dr. Provo sent in my prescription meds immediately. Got my meds a few hrs. later. Follow up with a gastroenterologist was submitted and heard back from their office the next day. Always great follow up and addressing my concerns.

I complained of sore throat (main complaint). I recently had COVID and I was concerned this may be strep. I made the appt. because I wanted a throat swab to ascertain if I had strep. She said my throat was red. Did not order test. But ordered a chest X-ray to ascertain if I had bronchitis or pneumonia due to a lingering cough. I felt I did not get what I went in for.
