It was a pleasure meeting Dr Meagan Bailey for the first time, reorganizing meds and scheduling a followup appointment for Botox in foot. As well as having a comfortingly and informative discussion on DBS and why she feels I would benefit from it.

It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with my appointments!! The Dr was delightful and receptive to my concerns and!!

Dr. Bailey listened, really listened to what myself and wife had to say, our concerns, illness journey, and our fears of the uncontrollable progression of the illness symptoms our family together are suffering with, as they impact us all in one way or another. She carefully and on a level that could be understood discussed thoroughly the changes to the medication profile and what to expect. She also assured us she was here to help and if unavailable another provider in the practice would be. We feel confident in the care plan and await the positive health outcome we reviewed.

Do not like early morning apps but this was all that was available.

Dr. Bailey was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She was able to accurately diagnose my issue. I honestly thought I would simply be told to just try to manage my symptoms but she immediately saw what was happening with me I was very very happy with the outcome. She was wonderful!

Zack at the front desk exudes professionalism and truly cares about patients and seems to really love working with Novant. He deserves a pay increase. Dr Bailey is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. Very appreciative of her caring nature.

It took 8 months to get a appt being a new patient but all neurolists are having overload now. I went to UNCCH for quicker appt for diagnosis until I could be seen here. I really like Dr Bailey and feel conident she will take the best care of me

I always get nervous when going to a new doctor, but everyone there was the kindest to me. Not all offices are like that. I have a rare condition and I never know how I will be treated, but the office and doctor was so kind. They know their job and go the extra mile to treat me with kindness and respect. It was not a fake kindness, but genuine from the heart. Bless them all.

Dr. Bailey went above and beyond by working me in earlier than my scheduled appointment time so I would be at the hospital for my mother's risky surgery.

Very attentive to my needs and help full to what my next steps were for me explaining the test that I need so I could understand what was going to happen. Made me fill very comfortable with what was going to happen next

It is terrible to have to wait five months before someone returned your call to give you an appointment for two months when your condition is getting worse each day.

I was disappointed to have waited six months for this appointment that lasted 10 to 15 minutes. I was not prompted to ask any questions nor was I given information about what to expect physically with the diagnosis.

Dr. Meaghan Bailey was, as always, kind, thorough, and made us feel engaged in the appointment. She answered questions thoroughly and responded to needs that have come to the forefront over the last few weeks. The CMA who greeted us and performed the initial intake process was delightful! Javon (sp.?) was warm, welcoming, engaged us with gentle humor, and very thorough. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Could not have been more pleasant, efficient and helpful with my concerns and I believe I received a thorough exam and a good plan of treatment.

My heart rate was elevated so Dr Bailey instructed me to go see my primary care doctor. I did. Will reschedule in a couple weeks to complete my appointment.

I felt I was informed about path forward. Also thought we had a good discussion about the importance of follow up and tests ordered.
