I'm very thankful for NP Hands for putting me at such ease during my visit. Medical visits in general are kinda unnerving for me, especially gynecological visits, but I was quite comfortable at this practice.

Kylie and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I don't enjoy doctor's visits of any kind but especially not to the OBGYN. However, Kylie and the other nurses and staff make it a lot easier, almost enjoyable.

The doctor was very intelligent and knew what she was talking about, but she didn't show much empathy towards me as the patient. This having been my first pap swear I was having a hard time and I felt like she wasn't as empathetic as she could have been.
