Dr Johnson was very professional and very pleasant as well. She got me over my apprehension quickly by her great manner.

i don't like that there is always someone new at the checkin desk. it is not very personable like it used to be. i also don't like that i'm asked my name and DOB in an open waiting room where others could here.
