It was clean that smelled fantastic the people were friendly the doctor was nice the nurses were nice setting the appointment was no problem I appreciate the staff from the bottom to the top what I really want to know is where that waiting room furniture came from because I wanted in my house

My provider was quite behind, which is fine, but I wasn’t informed in the lobby. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby, and the nurse who brought me back, couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact. She seemed totally checked out. She ran far ahead of me - being pregnant I couldn’t keep up. She asked me how the baby was was she took my weight. She asked me how the baby was again when we got in the room as she clearly wasn’t listening. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if this was my first time, I wouldn’t not have been impressed. Just felt really impersonal. I waited even longer once in the room. My provider was fine, but made me feel self-conscious about my weight and has made assumptions as to what I am or am not doing. This has also made me uncomfortable. I appreciate that she took the time and that she answered my questions.

Love Dr Persavich! She's professional, knowledgeable and has always made me feel welcome at all of my appointments with her. I have now followed her to her 3rd location.

I love their new facility and how bright, clean, and welcoming it is. The front desk staff is wonderful and so great to have as the first people you see upon arriving. The nurse was so kind to me, chatty, and fun--this is great so the initial appointment is not awkward! Dr.Persavich is wonderful and I have really enjoyed having her as my OBGYN. She listens intently, always checks in on past visits, and suggests things to improve my health. I appreciate that she takes me seriously and make my appointments feel casual and comfortable.
