I have been providing general OB/GYN care in Charlotte since 2009. I love the variety of patients I get to see, medical issues I get to address, and life changes I get to witness. I am fortunate to have established, meaningful relationships with my patients that extend well beyond their reproductive years. No bedside manner. Felt she was rude, dismissive, and casual. She didn't even ask what my symptoms were during the visit and made me feel dumb.

When discussing weight, the doctor was insensitive and scared me about a possible traumatic birth. She was visibly judgemental and as a first time mom, coming to my first appt 3rd trimester and being told I am over the recommended weight (not by a long shot for a first timer) and birth could be traumatic, without any other information advice or otherwise support, was inappropriate and hurtful.

Dr. Persavich is one of the best physicians I've had the pleasure of seeing. Not only is she very bright but she has an impeccable bedside manner. She's guided me through some very difficult medical situations and she has always done so with kindness and respect for me, not just as a patient, but as a human. She has an astute talent for explaining medical information in understandable laymen's terms, which helps the patient feel empowered even in difficult situations. We need more physicians like her in the world!
