Dr. Smith is a truly remarkable person, not only an outstanding physician with rare compassion, patience, and understanding, but also an extraordinary human being. Alongside her, the entire medical team-the nurses and staff-are just as incredible. At every visit, they all greet us with warmth and create an environment where we feel truly cared for. She and her team are always there for us, ready to help with anything we need, and they give us the confidence to ask questions and seek advice without fear.Both of my children have certain challenges, and their behavior in the clinic does not always align with what is considered age-appropriate. Yet, Dr. Smith and her entire team always treat them with love, kindness, and acceptance. They never make us feel judged or out of place; instead, they always make us feel like we belong, and we are always the most comfortable we could ever be in their care. Before being a doctor, she is, and together with her team, they are truly special people

Dr.Smith is the Most Amazing pediatrician! Novant can't let her retire! She is one of those doctors that you never want them to leave. She is the poster child of "Remarkable Care" for Novant! Dr.Smith never leaves you with "I don't know", she always does whatever she needs to get to the bottom of the problem. I can't say enough good things about her and the care she provides!
