I have a chronic but stable problem that I am being followed for at the Cancer Center. I have been seeing Dr Schreiber for several years and have the upmost confidence in his ability to oversee my care in this area of healthcare.

Dr Schreiber is just the kind of provider I like. Direct to the point, yet has good listening skills and bedside manner.

My 1st visit was very promising! I am looking forward to feeling better.

Cancer patients whether active or follow up from test could use help with gas if traveling a good amount of miles to the Zimmer Cancer Institute. Financial services need to up the empathy toward patients need's also.

I got there early. The lab was done early for me. The visit was done earlier than scheduled for me. No long wait. Accelerated visit--very unusual!!

The person behind the upstairs desk seems out of place. She has racks stacked on the leaning ledge but she is sitting there like a receptionist for the area. Very confusing for a stressful visit for some patients.

I'm a new patient to this doctor. My neighbor who used him in the past recommended him to me. I was very happy she recommended him. He was a total professional and I must say I trust him.

I was also scheduled for labs and assumed I was supposed to fast however that wasn't the case. My BP was really low and I explained that I fasted. The nurse immediately asked the doctor if I could have a snack which he said yes to and she got pretzels and a soda to me asap. Very caring!

I've been seeing Dr Schreiber and team for many years. They are by far my favorite providers of care. They have been kind, courteous and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hematology oncology care.

I've been coming to Zimmer NHMC sense I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and aquired the attention of Dr. Schreiber. I've always received the Doctors full attention and caring personality. Now I go once a year for follow up. I may be in remission, but still keep track, just in case. Great facility as well as a wonderful Doctor.

I arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment checked in went upstairs and then waited an hour and 15 minutes because the person at the registration desk didn't actually check me in. They did not have a record of me being there like a communication at the reception desk the provider and the people upstairs were wonderful, and eventually worked man, but I did not plan on spending an entire morning at the facility when my appointment was at 8 o'clock.

From the time the nurse left the freezing exam room and dr. saw me it was 40 minutes-a long wait.

Dr. Schreiber and his staff are FAR above average!

Other than waiting a long time for the appt. It was a great experience. Staff was awesome!

Although I was seen on time, I assume if I weren't, my doctor was meeting the needs of a patient that requires more time rather than wasting time eating donuts and drinking coffee. Doctors are professionals and can't always adhere to a strict schedule if they are dedicated and want to meet individual patients needs.

Pharmacy seemed to take longer to get Keytruda ready for my infusion along with labs seemed to take a long time. Also the special mri that i need has been deladed due to malfunction and I have made an appointment at Duke get it done as soon as possible.

The entire staff, from checking in to the nurse and the doctor were nothing less than excellent. I feel complete trust in being treated while under the care of this special team. I feel the appointment and the follow up care to be trusted to be in my best interest. I will be back to the Zimmer Institute in just 72 hours for the prescribed follow up lab work and injection called for to begin my treatment. This is a new field of medicine for me, as my long term health issues have progressed for over 20 years. This next phase is a bit scary for me, but I feel confident in my care.
