Rochelle tried one way to get wax out of my ear. It only got a little. She asked if it was alright if we flushed the ear. She was very pleasant. She had a mask but you could tell she was smiling. She said she would send (forgot her name) to so. This person came in explained what was going to happen and what it would feel like. Covered me with a sort of cape to avoid water getting on me. Asked me how I was doing during the process. Success!! Rochelle completed exam.
