About

My mother is an optometrist, and after learning about her work, I knew I would end up in medicine. Becoming a doctor was my plan until I shadowed providers working in an emergency room. There, I was exposed to advanced practice providers. I saw how they could spend more time with their patients than doctors often could, and after doing some more investigating, I decided that was the right path for me.

As I said I didn't have a problem, I was in for a routine skin check. The PA did a thorough exam, she checked my hair and all my skin. She was very friendly and thorough. Would recommend Allison to anyone. She asked me what I had been up to and we talked about what has happened in our lives recently - very nice when a doctor is so caring but thorough. Gives you confidence in doctors .
