Allison Pullen is wonderful!

I have been with Novant and Dr Owens for almost 20 years! I assume that is sufficient evidence I’m pleased with the care I have received.

Dr. Pollen took time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything!! Answered all my questions... Such a pleasure to have her as my Physian!!!

I wasn't able to check in with my chart because the code they sent me would not work. I had checked in on prior visits without needing an extra code. The receptionist wasn't able to help me when I told her about my problem.

They were all very professional and caring. Would highly recommend this medical team to all my friends for their medical care.

The tech who drew my blood was very caring in her ability to gauge the patients demeanor. I observed her with the patient before me- for them she was encouraging and personable - making them laugh and joyful. I was a bit overwhelmed, teary eyed, and worried about what could result. She was very calming, empathetic, and encouraging- just more softly. My mind got ahead of me and she was able to gently bring me down.
