Jan 2024When I go to this office I know that no matter who is working I will be treated exactly like a person wants to be treated. They are professionals while maintaining an atmosphere of neighborly kindness. They have a sense of humor and when I visit I can always count on us having a laugh to lighten what would otherwise be mundane or even scary sometimes if your health is in question. Dr Connelly is the best doctor with an impeccable bedside manner and a quite gentle way of speaking to you with respect and care. I watched him thru the years and I am never surprised at his consistency devoted to healthcare. His staff is just an extension of him in the way you’re treated. I love Megan Branch and she should be commended for her straightforward approach to your health. She doesn’t fail to explain thoroughly why you should do this or that as far as your health goes. It’s a hard job to give people plain talk and still maintain a good relationship between doctor/patient, yet Megan is so caring and tells you not what you want to hear but what you may need to hear. I hope that she will continue to be a part of Dr Connelly’s team. As to rest of the staff, all of them are friendly and great with a smile. They put up with me and that is saying a lot. I’m not always easy but I feel comfortable here every time. Please give them all a pat on the back. They all deserve it. Thank you for making my healthcare visits an actual pleasure.
