Megan was amazing with my mother during her appointment. She was respectful of her independence but also requested family input to ensure she made knowledgable decisions about her care.

When I go to this office I know that no matter who is working I will be treated exactly like a person wants to be treated. They are professionals while maintaining an atmosphere of neighborly kindness. They have a sense of humor and when I visit I can always count on us having a laugh to lighten what would otherwise be mundane or even scary sometimes if your health is in question. Dr Connelly is the best doctor with an impeccable bedside manner and a quite gentle way of speaking to you with respect and care. I watched him thru the years and I am never surprised at his consistency devoted to healthcare. His staff is just an extension of him in the way you’re treated. I love Megan Branch and she should be commended for her straightforward approach to your health. She doesn’t fail to explain thoroughly why you should do this or that as far as your health goes. It’s a hard job to give people plain talk and still maintain a good relationship between doctor/patient, yet Megan is so caring and tells you not what you want to hear but what you may need to hear. I hope that she will continue to be a part of Dr Connelly’s team. As to rest of the staff, all of them are friendly and great with a smile. They put up with me and that is saying a lot. I’m not always easy but I feel comfortable here every time. Please give them all a pat on the back. They all deserve it. Thank you for making my healthcare visits an actual pleasure.

PA Megan Branche is wonderful. She is attentive to what I'm trying to express, both verbally and nonverbally. She always gives me her full attention and spends as much time as she needs (or that I desire) with me. I never feel rushed or hurried by her. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointments at the West Rowan Clinic and especially with PA Branche. She's a jewel!

Great doctor and PA

This was Tommy's first visit with this PA. The PA and staff were very professional. Tommy was not on his best behavior as he was in pain and suffering from side effects of a second chemo treatment on Monday. Appreciate everyone.

Ms Branche wanted me to have X-rays done on my back to help determine what was the cause of my pain. I had to drive nearly 30 minutes into the next town when she has the equipment in her office. This was ridiculous to have to spend an extra hour of my time driving to the imaging center. Not to mention the amount of gas I had to spend. Please be more considerate of your patients and resume doing in house imaging.

Everyone I saw at my appointment was great. The complaint I have is that they no longer do xrays at the their office. Now I have to plan another appointment to have xrays done. I think they even have an xray machine there but can no longer do them in the office.

I am always treated with respect. My visits are always done. The staff is wonderful

Even though my second visit with PA I felt content with her and her care. When I go for blood work the technician was kind. The way they do things is different then my provider in Vt but I feel I chose the right place for my health care.
