After I got my blood taken it was very un clear if I had to leave or stay. Someone told me to go back in the room so I waited for a few minutes and no one showed up. I was also tested for a few different things that all came back negative so still un sure of what I have. I couldn’t find the doctor or nurse so I went to check out to see what else to do and she laughed at me, my throat is very ill and I’m unable to talk. I did not feel welcomed or that the front desk ladies were respectful. I ended up checking out without saying goodbye to the doctor and I’m still very sick and un sure of what I have.

Once I reached out to research this provider, I was encouraged to be able to get an appointment with a new provider without a recommendation. It was my first visit as I was looking for a new PCP and I knew within minutes that I’d found the right one in Dr.Culver and his nurse Allie. From check-in to the appointment to the lab to check-out, everyone was so laid back and comforting yet knowledgeable and on top of things. Nothing felt rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed. I am SO glad I took a chance and decided to check this practice and Dr.Culver out.

Dr Culver listened carefully to my health issues and concerns and I left feeling we were on the right track with what he prescribed especially since I’d been dealing with these issues for weeks.
