May 2025This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a physician. As a Novant Health employee of over 16 years, I am ashamed he is part of our team. He lacked common decency, professionalism, kindness and respect. This physician is an embarrassment to Novant. He delivered the OPPOSITE of what our Core Values and corporate mission preach. Aside from being rude and dismissive, he was the epitome of a judgmental, condescending medical " professional ". He is the reason we lose clients to our competitors. Arrogant behavior such as his should NOT be tolerated.

May 2025Came in and didn't ask a single question about my symptoms, etc. Just started talking at me and he told me there was nothing to do about it, and to exercise more. He never even asked how often I exercise. Very poor bedside manner. Felt very conscending.
