My expectations were met. The physician and the nurse were both skilled, courteous, and attentive.

The nurse that took temp, blood pressure etc. Totally ignored concerns I had… Was only concerned with performing EKG…

The staff was very professional and courteous. The client my sister has dementia and the staff handled this appointment quite well. Timely, concerned and gave the vital information a taken. I noted. Dr. Rifki listened attentively to our questions and addressed our concerns. I didn’t feel rushed but that it was a great appointment. I never had a problem with Dr. Rifki and/ or his staff.

Dr. Rifki always listens to our questions carefully and provides concise, understandable explanations and instructions. He is always insightful & perceptive about suggestions for improvement of my husband’s heart failure, meeting us where we are at this stage of our lives. We are thankful.

My wife and I have been very pleased with Dr. Rufi. He is thorough, he answers all of our questions and we feel very comfortable with all aspects of his service and that of his staff. He us definitely the cardiologist we want to have assisting us.

Very good experience. Cynthia, Dr. Rifki's assistant, as always, was very pleasant and efficient. I will greatly miss her at future appointments, after she transfers to oncology. Dr. Rifki was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The entire appointment was handled in a punctual manner without sacrificing a high level of patient care.

I had very positive visit with Dr Rifki. The staff treated me very well. Dr Rifki answered all my questions concerning my condition including information regarding the use of supplements. I love the facilities and the attention to detail from check-in to scheduling for next visit.
